Juicy Spring Wedding at Aldea Weddings in the Woods

M&G wanted a colorful, joyful wedding with lots of spring blooms and citrus on their tables. Overall their vibe was modern, fun, and bright! We used locally grown poppies and sweet peas to round out the designs full of peonies, ranunculus, tulips, roses, and daisies.

The bridesmaids carried mini bouquets - a posy style gathering of blooms to match the bride's. These were the perfect complement to their mismatched dresses in springy pastel hues.

The couple opted for a non-traditional altar, forgoing an arch and instead exchanged vows in front of a meadow of flowers in a semicircle shape. It made the perfect backdrop for portraits after the ceremony, and served as sweetheart table decor for the reception, too!

Pale blue acted as an accent color throughout all the designs, including the napkins and numbers on the tables, where we placed wedges of real grapefruits, oranges, and lemons. The couple brought in their own taper candles in matching juicy shades. We also added mixed bud vases to bring in a floral element to the overall design of the tablescapes.
